Diagnosis first
Skin, bone structure, muscle activity and medical history are assessed before any product is mentioned. Some concerns need a dermatologist or a surgeon, and you will hear that directly.

Doses and volumes start conservative. A two-week review lets us add precisely where needed, instead of correcting what was overdone.

Dr. Ayhan Yener graduated from Eskişehir Medical School and spent about ten years in clinical practice, including work at Dünya Göz Hospital in Istanbul. He then led medical teams in the pharmaceutical industry, serving as Medical Director for rare-disease therapies. He brings that scientific discipline to aesthetic practice.

Send a short note and, if you like, photos in natural light. You get a personal reply within one working day.

Consultation
A 30–45 minute assessment: medical history, facial analysis, options, costs and the honest limits of each option.

Treatment
Performed by Dr. Yener himself, with topical anaesthetic where appropriate and written aftercare instructions.

Review
A check at around two weeks. Fine adjustments are made then, and the plan for the coming months is agreed.
Do I have to be treated on the day of my consultation?
No. Many patients take time to think. If you are certain and there is no medical reason to wait, treatment can happen the same day.
What should I bring to the first appointment?
A list of medicines and supplements, details of previous aesthetic treatments (product names and dates if you have them) and any questions written down.
Can I have a consultation online?
Yes. A video consultation works well for planning, especially for international patients. Injectable treatments always require an in-person examination.
Which products do you use?
Only products approved by the relevant health authority, from traceable suppliers. You can see the packaging and batch number before treatment.
Who should not have injectable treatments?
Treatment is postponed during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with active skin infection at the site, or with certain neuromuscular or autoimmune conditions. Your history is reviewed before anything is planned.
